Who we are

MLS Photo Connect is operated by Ludwig Alberty. We act as the data controller for personal data you provide while using the Service.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, password hash, agency, phone, address, birthday, avatar) — to create and operate your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Content (property addresses, MLS numbers, uploaded photos, client selections, gallery activity) — to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, log timestamps) — for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Support messages — to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who we share data with

• Hosting and infrastructure subprocessors we use to run the Service.
• Paddle.com — our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription management, and processes related personal data as an independent controller.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we keep it for up to 12 months for billing and support history, then delete or anonymize it. Photographs are deleted shortly after account deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and may request information about international transfers, which we safeguard using Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable. We respond to requests within 30 days. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated per-photographer workspaces, to protect your data.

We use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the Service. We do not use marketing cookies.
